Doubtful - would then suggest King doesn’t back the squad that’s been built. We’re good enough to take on anyone in this league.

I think it's more likely to be to keep him in the job.

If he takes over the day before Burnley and we then go on to lose, he could then well be sacked the day after.

Loser mentality if that’s the case. We’d likely have won the last two under Robins TBH given his record against those sides and how the games went. We’ve got a top six squad, we shouldn’t be scared of anyone.
