Finally! Will do him a world of good. Have to say I will be amazed if we ever see him in a Coventry shirt again.

He really hasn't. It hasn't helped he's suffered long injuries over the last couple of years.

He's a CF and I felt sorry for him being shoved out on the wing last season. Still, he did OK there (Soton away, and Man U)
Last time I saw him play was at Bristol City earlier in the season and I have to say he was pretty poor. Getting shoved off the ball easily. Not his best game. He was ace at Southampton and Wembley.

A mid-season loan to a team fighting relegation from L1 doesn't strike me as a great move, but at least we will finally find out how he responds to an extended run in the first team.

Contract is up at the end of the season, 24, he needed to go and play men's football, not just sit on the bench. I know they are bottom of the league but he could have done a lot worse.

Even if he does he will be out of contract anyway and no chance we offer him a new one

Yeah, but if he scores 20 goals in the next 15 matches then they may want to have a look at him. Anyway, apparently Burton have about 10 forwards at the moment.

Good luck to him, he was actually fantastic in his cameo at Wembley last season and that goal against PNE was good as well

He will cause problems in that league and will probs stay there permanently if he impresses

Surely if we are letting a wide option go all signs point towards Paterson getting a deal till the end of the season
