Long awaited return to the Premier League. (6 Viewers)

I had a dream the other day that we played Leicester on the opening game next season and Wright missed an open goal from 6 yards after 30 seconds.

Make of that what you will.

being back in the prem terrifies me, just look at southampton
Exactly but just think of the cash. Go up, come down, go up again winning the league and hopefully managing to stay up that time. The difference in class is crazy. I would imagine Southampton will bounce straight back up especially if Sausage Roll takes charge as I rate him as a manager with the right backing.

The joy of making it to the PL and the effect it can have on that team's fanbase the following season

But, was Wright offside? Or did the defender block the shot/pass therefore rendering him onside?

Up for one season, do the new grounds and revisiting of old ones, bank the cash to stabalise the next 10 years and then flirt with promotion, cup runs and Wembley play-off dates. The rest of the PL and in particular VAR, playing Thursday's, being dismissed by the so called big teams etc etc can fek right off.

Genuinely only want it for 2 reasons

1. Theres a whole generation, maybe even 2 now, who have not seen us in us in premier league. I was born in 1990 so remember going up and catching the tail end of the prem days between 97 and 01, but I'd love for my kids to finally see us play the teams they always see on the TV that look so far away from us

2. The money. A season in the prem, if spent wisely, will set us up for a decade, and hopefully get us in the yoyo bracket

The rest of it though can get to fuck, VAR, corporate shite, awful fixture dates and times, hugely overrated players on obscene money etc

Wouldnt give 2 shits if we were there for only 1 season tbh

I’d settle for a breakaway league. 10 teams in the Prem and then a 22 team League made up of the remaining Prem and 12 from The Championship.

I watched their home game to United on TV and couldn’t believe how poor the atmosphere was. I guess they were resigned to their fate a long time ago. Would hate us to go through that!

to think these stinking fuckers were crowing over us when they got promoted!!! Where's hackney when you need to take the piss out of someone?? but he'd still bang on about them being a Prem team more than us, deluded fucker! hahahaha

I went to this exhibition last week in Oxford.
I spun the wheel of fortune and got 87.
I then asked the fortune machine which dealt cards if CC will gain promotion in 2025.
It dealt me 3 cards ...

Thought an I Ching prediction might cast some light on the situation, it seems like what will be will be but the craft of Frank may prevail in the end.
