For exactly this purpose.

This just seems absurd

The guy has escaped conviction for total depravity and has had to be banned from travelling as he is known to be high risk

I’m not entirely convinced Channel 5 needed to do a documentary on Matthew Falder.

He is without doubt one of the most dangerous and manipulative man on the planet - some of his actions towards his victims make by stomach turn.

Falder could be on the streets again when he is 50

Watched a documentary on him yesterday, horrifying and the guy is completely scary. You can see the evil in his eyes. When read his charges when arrested he said "oh god, sounds like the rap sheet from hell"

Wish I hadn’t opened this thread and read about him.

I know it’s been discussed on here previously, and personally I see both sides, but this is a stonewall case for the death penalty.

No way back into Society for someone like him.

There isn’t but given he is highly intelligent and manipulative there’s always a chance he can fool a parole board.

Remember someone is living next door now to a man who when babysitting three children chopped their heads off and placed them on iron railings so their mother could see them as she came home

Interesting sentence in that article that I’m not certain is fully understood

parole board decisions are based on whether the perpetrator is a significant risk to the public

So they give no consideration to the victims at all in terms of releasing or no consideration to past releases mmmm ok

Im not sure if this has been mentioned anywhere - if you dint believe in the death penalty what do you do with this monster?

The (at the time coalition I think) UK government has everything to answer for in relation to this scumbag. Quite happy for him and his family to be part of the uprising to overthrow Gaddafi in Libya. Typical of western governments really, happy to court islamic extremists when it suits but leaves its own people to pick up the pieces.

The remainder of his 55 year sentence in solitary would do it for me!
I notice the access of prisoners in separation centres to boiling oil and knives has been withdrawn. Who the FUCK thought it would be a good idea in the first place? Namby-pamby, hand-wringing do-gooders in the MOJ, perhaps?

Very good question
Is he British?
I’ve been on calls with chairs of boards of cat a where these monsters are and they are pretty much 23hours a day on their own
Different gravy to other prisoners

its just how possible it is to look after someone in that way for 55 years and what might be the consequences

It’s a no brainer death penalty candidate.

The article even states the prison he’s in is for prisoners who ‘ideologies cannot be changed and are intent on inflicting harm’ - so what is the point of keeping them alive?
