Great result for Arsenal but tie definitely far from over, Real Madrid could easily turn that deficit around.

I'm the same. Got told as a kid in the late 90's that we don't like them but have never been to a game v them, and not playing them for 25 years means I've no real reason to dislike them. While we're admitting things, I quite like Villa Park too...

I don’t mind Villa per se nowadays. Villa fans however…..
Although saying that i do know a few through work and the kids football and they’re alright to be fair, although they’re not chelmsley wood type fans, haven’t got the harsh accent. I always take an interest in what/how they’re doing.

I know it's a minor thing but I'm wondering why you'd let a European team bring a drum to help with their atmosphere. Unless there's some UEFA thing that says you can't stop them.

Also, little nick but great goal that.

You can't have any kind of success without significant financial backing, but you can become something like Man United or Chelsea who seem to have become completely disconnected from their fanbases, mostly treating them with contempt whilst they chase the corporate and tourist money; they don't seem to have quite become that yet.

I've just said to my mates at 2-1 down if they get a goal before 60 minutes i can see them winning the tie. I wonder what odds that was at the time.

Strange to take players off that were causing mayhem , effectively emery killed off his teams momentum and PSG will be thankful of that , silly really .
