Isnt there a risk with every manager? Look at Sunderland, they employed Regis Le Bris, an unknown who had just suffered a relegation in France. so far he hasn't done too bad. We have to find the right fit for our club.

IS there a hype for Carsley? I know I would certainly prefer a Coach who has won the European Under 21 Tournament over a journeyman manager who hasn't secured a job for a while and has failed in his last few positions.
