£13.2m + £6m + £1m is as near as damn it £20m Not just BBC quoting those figures, Cov Telegraph the same.

According to BBC Midlands news, the Wasps consortium are paying £1m for the 250 year lease. They'e taking on the £13.2M loan and paying the council and Higgs Trust around £6m.
