I think if you can stomach healthy food, that's the best answer. I do think that as we get older, exercise becomes relatively less important and diet becomes more and more important.

Rather than implementing all the things I have written above in one go, it might make more sense to make the changes incrementally e.g. week 1 - cut out booze (to make it manageable, you might want to allow yourself pre-planned exceptions like a CCFC game day, I did that for both Northampton...
