I don't see people getting angry, I see people asking the right questions, considering the enthusiasm and hype for this season already (which at present is unfounded), just getting our out of contract players to sign has been rather pathetic, never mind new signings.

Of couse, but if Mowbray has offered a contract to Reda, before July too, and we're still waiting, it doesn't bode well in reda's commitment. If he does sign, great, if he don't then great, we can move on. Would be nice to have a pre season with a team already assembled.

Mowbray wants players fully committed to the cause. Reda has said he is leaving it to his agent to decide, read properly for a change.
