I think i was on GMK til the death. The old GMK which was on the Rivals network was the funniest football forum i've been on. Lost hours on that place, as you could freely post on other club's forums as part of the network. This site is a credit to our club though.

Quite frankly though, who gives a toss... The co-commentator was spouting crap about us many times... its clear he rarely watches us, doesn't bother me at all.

I watched on TV. Appreciate you can only hear what comes through the mikes... Our support was more constant (but didn't sound like last season levels). Theirs when they made noise (which was very rare) was louder. Apart from our two goals which were absolutely colossal roars.

Personally i'm not a fan of gait-analysis etc.... i tend towards the view that by building up mileage slowly and steadily, you "proof" your body against injury, far more than relying on a pair of trainers to do it for you. But i guess that's easy for me to say with a few years of heavy mileage...

I guess it depends whether you're looking to "complete" or "compete".... I'm pretty sure you can still get round respectably. But if you have got a time target then it might be worth reconsidering.
