The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

Oddly enough that is exactly how Farage behaved when questioned on 5Live and Sky News last week - personal attacks on May "liar" being the main one he repeated ad nauseum, rather than put forward a more appropriate way forward.

As soon as the deal was announced last week, the first person interviewed on BBC 5Live was Farage. Twenty minutes later I switched on the tv, and there he is again on Sky News. - Perhaps these aren't classed as main stream media outlets anymore though.

    Who’s your celebrity lookalike

I once got asked a job interview in the early 80's whether I played the guitar, as I must be John Lennon. Its a nose thing I suspect!

    U18/U21 Development Thread

No worries mate. The lad is buzzing with the win. It really is a big deal for club of its size. A lot of the lads were in the youth set up at Northampton (Tom was at Kettering also, as were a lot of the others ).

My daughters boyfriend plays for Cogenhoe (pronounced Cook no). He fears the worst, but they do have a decent set up there.

    Celtic or Rangers

Can't stand the Celtic Rangers shite - most fans are ok, but still idiots hankering after the dark old days. Also a bit of myth that all Republic of Ireland fans follow Celtic - they don't, and many resent the old school nonsense. Wouldn't want to comment on Rangers and their links to the past...

We don't have open borders, just as part of the EU there is a right to work across the EU zone for all citizens of member states. The issue was that a lot of states joined at a similar time, therefore there was more rapid migration (numbers wise), and there was an opportunity to control these...

Immigration is not the reason for a housing shortage. Planning laws allowing developers to sit on land, almost entire focus on need in the South East, not replacing housing stock after council house sell off, removal of remaining housing stock from local authority control, for example, are way...

She'll be fine WM. The wait is horrible - my wife was induced for our first child, and it was fine. I had a moment of clarity once the midwife handed my daughter to me to hold - will never forget it. Paying for her driving lessons now (my daughter, not the midwife) - I will never forget that...

Out of interest Tony, why did you vote UKIP at the time; so by definition a staunch leave supporter? Astute - you come across as a staunch leave voter with your clear mistrust (to say the least) of anything EU, and yet appear to have voted remain? I don't want to enter the argument, but why...
