My son was boxing last night at Ryton in a charity event. Last fight of the night and even though I say it myself it was a cracker. Ended up as a draw which I'd say was a fair decision. I'd reccomend anyone wishing to get fit and earn cash for charity to give it a go. And it's a great night out...

First time in the Roost on Saturday. Packed but great atmosphere. Good to meet up with a few lads I go to the Ricoh with. How friendly are the Brummies in pubs and in the ground ? Bit of a surprise to be honest.

Came back from Brum and watched it in the Finbarrs in Holbrooks. It was that boring people started dancing ! But fair play to AJ if he lost that would be his career over. Still reckon he's overrated though.
