Yes and looking at how things have gone in the last few weeks, it's fair to say the search should have started some time ago - I bet they haven't even been doing anything about it i.e. interviews..just waiting for us to start flailing before they get off their bum and start thinking about it

But the main issue is that it's not realistic to even half-fill the Ricoh when we are playing so poorly. An empty stadium would be much easier.

I agree -can't see us brining in a new manager between now and Jan. If things are looking really dire by mid-Feb, as with SP, we might make an emergency "save the day" change but otherwise we will keep MV until May I am sure.
