    Again a complete waste of time. However I agree if it's going to happen anyway then ditch JR1 like all the judges are telling us to do. Then get on with JR2 so when that gets kicked into the dust. We can actually try and move forward in a sensible way.

    I think his solicitors would have told him not to bother. If a high court judge found him guilty then 3 of the most senior judges in the country rejected his appeal saying the first judges decision was right on so many different levels.
