    If no ground agreement

To the area yes not just return to the Ricoh. It will be just down to us to convince the FL that we have both the intention and genuine capability, Last time it took a million to convince them. I am guessing this time it will take more.

    If no ground agreement

My own personal view of likely outcomes in order of likelyness 1) SISU and Wasps do a deal be it long or short term 2) CCFC adapt somewhere local to a make shift stadium that meets minimum regulations 3) SISU put the club into administration 4) SISU liquidate the club 5) SISU do a ground share...

    If no ground agreement

What's Wasps are or aren't doing is completely irrelevant. They key factor is our ability and intention to return.

    If no ground agreement

The club will not be allowed to move unless it provides concrete prove of its intent and capability to return to Coventry. Irrespective of what's Wasps are doing or anyone else for that matter.

    If no ground agreement

Yes they can stop a move. No they can't force a deal.

    Dance Of Death

Yes it needs to be self funding for this. A move out of the city (Not local) would either mean it's no longer self funding. Or it is self funding but relegations as oppose to promotions will be the likely outcomes

    If no ground agreement

More importantly as per in another thread unless it is somewhere local. I cant see SISU choosing to go for another Northampton scenario. It's just a downward spiral to oblivion. Either that or they forget the club paying for itself model.

    If no ground agreement

As I say if the FL don't get the proof they require. As per above they won't allow a move. It's down to us to decide what we do if that's the FL's decision. I imagine this time round will require more than the one million bond we provided last time ( just a guess)

    If no ground agreement

The Football League stressed Albion would not be allowed to share a stadium outside Brighton and Hove unless the owners produced "concrete evidence" of the club's future return to the area. Archer and Stanley could not. Chartwell threw Albion a lifeline by offering to lease back the Goldstone...

    If no ground agreement

Couldn't give a rats ass what other fans think of us. (If they think anything at all) Couldn't give a rats ass about what hypothetically other fans would do in our situation. Non of us know what the FL will do if the situation arises again. Non of us can know as we are not the FL. To be able to...

Match Thread Coventry v West Ham Match Thread - Tuesday 30th Aug

I do think we should play our kids. To make a point But we would probably get fined. I don't agree with the FL but will still end up popping along

    Dance Of Death

That's my gut feeling regarding that one as well. I think it was a case of starve ACL out. Then they got wind of Wasps deal knew they actually had no genuine intention of building a new stadium. Panicked incase when Wasps came in that deal meant CCFC were locked out. Knew Northampton wasn't...

Wasps as a business I totally agree with you, they wont want the PR. But your reply was to someone talking about southern fans mouthing off. Hence why I said what I said. I hope you find out what was said. If he has been gobbed off at then calling people mugs to me is pretty restrained. I am...

    Dance Of Death

I don't do NOPM. However I do have a couple of questions relating to a few comments made above. If SISU do not care about crowds. Do people think it is incorrect that our crowd levels at Northampton were not the main reason why we returned? 1000-2000 crowds us the closest you will get to...

Nick do you really think Wasps fans from London are sitting worrying about what Public Relations they get here in Coventry. I am saying if they heard their captain got abused by some Cov fans and he retaliated by calling them mugs. Do you think they are sitting there thinking shit this is...

Sorry I was just putting my wasps kit away. Right better get on with bashing anything Wasps related. Then I might be able to look at this situation more clearly and accept that the England Rugby captain randomly starting calling Cov fans mugs. That makes far more sense. Cheers

I just look at the situation and try and take my bias out of it. I don't like rugby, I don't like Wasps. I don't give stuff about James Haskell. I imagine until yesterday he probably didn't give a stuff about Coventry Fans let alone hate us. Yet a lot of Coventry fans hate Wasps. Some people...
