Just For Fun: Your Preferential New Owners and Why

    Ph4. I don't like what I have heard regarding the Singapore/Malaysia bid.

SISU HAVE BID for CCFC ltd

I think we can safely say SISU's will be by far the worst bid although it will also be the highest due to the debts they have fabricated. A simple debt to equity swap will mean they remain in place in the short term. But they may well go back to one of the other bidders after the admin is...

The Question We should be asking SISU and TF is

I have a feeling you could be right. It's the only logical explanation.

    Cwr tomorrow

No. It sends a message that gross incompetence, mismanagement, and willful deception have catastrophic implications for revenue. Frankly, I wouldn't want a new owner who is going to be as dumb and deceitful as SISU. So who cares if it is a prospective owner like that who is dissuaded.

    Season Tickets

No, no, no. I won't have that said about Torch. Grendel is by far the biggest twat on here, with Torch a close second.:D:D:D

CCLSC minutes 29th May - Fisher Speaks

Finally some common sense. I cannot believe there are more than 20 clubs that would pull in 32,000 fans for a JPT semi-final, even at the low price of 5 pounds per ticket. We are not a small club. We simply have had nothing to cheer about for the last 26 years.

    Ryton Protest?

Yes, that is my take on the situation as well. I'm an accountant as well and the above scenario is the only one that makes any sense to me.

    second bid for city

I suppose it was just a matter of time before this would leak. I kept my mouth shut anyways.

    Not one penny more

And your view of CCFC supporters also remains remarkably consistent - namely they are complete idiots who you should talk down to all the time.

Sadly I think you are right.

    New Club?

I disagree. I think that we would still get around 5,000 fans if were at the Ricoh even for a non-league Coventry Phoenix. That should be more than enough to pay the players, stewards etc. It just needs Ph4 to follow through and buy ACL.

PH4 - the new messiah, or a very naughty boy

PH4's best strategy would be to go ahead and buy ACL and forget for the moment about buying CCFC. In the meantime PH4 can set up an interim team - say Coventry Phoenix - that would play at the Ricoh in a non-league division. The crowds would surely pay the wages of non-league players and he can...

ACL lawyers to be on CWR this morning

And SISU won't even be paying any hard cash for the privilege of buying Ltd. They'll simply convert some of the debt into equity and then rack up even more debts next season.

    Administrators Report

SISU won't actually pay a penny when "buying" back Ltd. They will simply convert some or all of the secured debt to equity. This also explains how the amount owed to ARVO has amazingly gone up so quickly over recent weeks. They are upping the amount of secured debt in order to make it too...

    PH4 has bid

Simple... a debt to equity swap. Means SISU can repurchase Ltd without spending a penny. :(:(

    Let's Talk About Football

I was also behind that goal about half way up the upper standing area. I've only been to Wembley twice - both times to watch Cov.

    PH4 has bid

The most important part of JE's comment was: “Sisu are the biggest creditor so we fully appreciate that Sisu could buy Limited.” I fully expect SISU to re-purchase Ltd without spending a penny, simply by converting some or all of their secured debt into equity. I would be surprised if PHIV has...

Fine for me - I'm over there all the time. I know 2 other Cov fans in China as well.

    Contingency ground is.....

But even the posturing is utterly stupid and very costly as they are missing out on ST revenues and club shop revenues. SISU seem to make mistakes at virtually every turn. I guess it's not surprising, considering we are being run on a part-time basis by a Finnish-American woman with no interest...
