So, I'm looking for a printer that can print up to about 200gsm card. Pretty basic, colored text so not graphics or glossy photographs. I believe laser jet is the best for this? Something that can print from an iPad and PC/Laptop so wireless. No idea on budget but it's for home use so nothing...

I think that's 100% fair. You feel you've been let down, contact them in a private way. No different to having a disagreement with an individual and discussing it like adults rather than writing all over their Facebook wall! Some of the complaints you see on some companies social media threads...
