Eccles is 24, made over 100 league appearances and has improved every season with us. Can’t wait till he’s the same age as sheaf in a couple of years with another 50-60 games under his belt. He is contracted to us till 2027 and I’d be surprised if he is still here by then.

Season finished after Wembley and I wish it had. 4 really poor results with performances not much better. Feeling really pissed off and deflated with the end of the season. Glad it’s over

Just one more season, this year has been the gelling year for the new signings, now they are up to speed it would be great to have him at the heart of everything great that’s going to happen next season. sell him next summer when he still has a year on his contract.
