    Sky Blue Tavern

It doesn't have to be busy all the time to make money. I've spoke to people who have been there when it's been very busy. I've booked the upstairs room for a family event next year and the calendar was quite full when trying to book. Knowing some of the ale heads invited to that we'll be...

    FA Cup 3rd Round Draw

It really is embarrassing just how bad our local force are at policing football matches. Football liason officers from other clubs must rock up here and wonder what the fuck is going on. Four blocks of segregation, fans kettled behind steel fences outside. Stupid ticket restrictions. When are...

Could have been the Brewer and Baker. What a boozer that was. Sticky floors and a whiff of despair. Loved that place.

    Every ground...

Those were the things I liked about it. Like a bit of squalor in a football ground. Worst feature was, like every new ground, stands are miles from the pitch. It seems the penny has finally dropped and someone has given the architects a dry slap. The newest grounds, Brentford and Spurs for...

I have heard it sung ironically once or twice.. but still shit regardless.

    Every ground...

Don't really get uptight about this sort of thing, but I do tend to agree. Three I'd like to see the back of: 1. Shithole, wanna go home... 2. Your mum is a ***** fan (wtf is this all about) 3. Ohhhh... you're shit ahhhhhhh at goalkicks (proper Leicester level, happy clappy 80s tinpottery).

    FA Cup 3rd Round Draw

This is Chelsea, they were allocated 5200 which was widely reported. West Ham only had the few seats empty in this image for segregation extra, but it's no more than 500-600 max.

    FA Cup 3rd Round Draw

This was all debated at the time I recall, reports of West Ham having sold more tickets than they were actually allocated and CCFC announced a different figure. I could well be wrong though, wouldnt be the 1st time.

    FA Cup 3rd Round Draw

I'm pretty sure West Brom have brought the biggest following to the Ricoh, but thought it was the FA Cup tie, but it might have been the season you mention thinking about it.

    FA Cup 3rd Round Draw

If ST take up is >50% I'd be amazed.

    FA Cup 3rd Round Draw

They didn't, it was 5800. We've never allocated a team over 6000 tickets. Fans of some clubs have claimed they have brought that many, but they haven't really. Not that it matters though.

    FA Cup 3rd Round Draw

No team has ever brought over 6K.

    12k max.

    Atmosphere

That makes no sense really. Bristol City was best atmosphere all season for me. Forest and Peterborough also excellent, and the number of home fans for both those games about the same as yesterday. How can there be bandwagonners when the numbers don't really vary all that much game to game...

    West brom attendance

Think you may be referring to Charity Shield in 87 when we did take 55K.

    West brom attendance

Tomorrow will be our biggest crowd of the season, in the top 2 or 3 outside the PL, and probably 2-3K below what it was have been without the early kick off and TV coverage. Why all the angst? Couldn't care what Ipswich are getting, their crowds in the final few championship years were pretty...

    West brom attendance

Our average attendance this season ranks what, about 7th out of the 24 Championship clubs? And people are still moaning? Cheer up ffs.

    West brom attendance

It was the biggest crowd of the season up to that point. Also, news didn't filter through until a few hours before kick off, so there wasn't really time. That said, I don't think the passing of JS will make all that much difference. It'll be a very good gate regardless.

    Huddersfield away

It's 1000 in the first 6 hours of sale. Is it not enough that we sell out now? We have to do it in 30 minutes otherwise it's shit? A lot of people fancied a weekend away for Bournemouth. Huddersfield is 12.30 and live on TV 2 weeks before Xmas, so is less appealing to many, that's just the...
