This came through earlier (I sent the message last week) thank you forgetting in touch. We are doing our best to get orders out in chronological order. Unfortunately due to few size discrepancies within our delivery this has added an ever so slight additional delay to orders being dispatched...

Hope it is a sensible and satisfactory update. Said before, I'm a patient man, but having no STs and no shirts for the kids on Saturday, with an obvious f**k up on early pre-orders has wound me up. Kids still asking if "kits will be here today Daddy"....

Yep... Heard someone say 10 days until the new store opens (yesterday) Add that to someone saying that they spoke to someone in store on Thursday, who said they don't know when shirts would be in and I think you'd be right SB!!! Think they'll tie in new store opening with new kit availability....

Think they said pre-orders will be received before shirts in store on Weds (I think!) So they still have a few days to sort out the shit-show of those that pre-ordered on release day whose shirts still haven't even been despatched yet, without going past what they said. (Still not good enough...

I did two orders (to spread payment) one adult, the other two kids shirts/shorts/socks (not infant) Neither even sent yet, so more than likely not a stock issue (yet!) Just plain incompetence by the looks of it ...

There is somebody in Canada who had theirs, somebody who ordered this week has theirs, it looks like many many first day orders have been missed #chronologically.......

Well.... Any messages are usually dealt with by a member of their team and are clearly personalised, you can tell they are individually completed and signed off by a name.... Not in this case.... They are probably getting a fair few messages!!... so have just banged this one out copy and paste...
