Shipley was ok to day and has improved massively but the set pieces all over and last season still haven’t been addressed. Just like the missed chances. This is are Achilles heal and is holding the side from pushing on.

Agreed. What frustrates me is Robins gets it right in all over the pitch except up front since he has been at the club and yet he was a bloody centre forward in his time. I just don’t get it at times!

You may be right but if this continues day after another 3-4 games I’d think he might need to have another look at it?

Good post but I slightly disagree they play as wide men (wingers) when out of possession and should cut in and one should try and pull in when the other wide man has possession but effectively there ‘wingers’ as they spend majority of the game wide.

All of last season we had issues with wasteful finishing and it’s again spilt over into this season. Somethings not right either it’s poor recruitment in strikers or the systems nor right. My thoughts are it’s a combination of both. Except McNulty the strikers at this club have been bang average...

Your appraisal of wasps in all posts is always very level headed, however your last comment was interesting. Are you indicating like we all believe the situation is with wasps that they DO have serious financial issues that will/could force there hopeful demise ?

good post. The two games before Saturday indicated we had a problem with playing from the back and the players weren’t 100% comfortable doing it. It was only a matter of time before was worked out and the management team should have had the warning signs about being punished soon. The problem is...
