Not talking about SISU forming a new company, either Haskell 1V or ACL or someone else. Note, it's ACL that might not agree tp the CVA.

Not sure if there is a comparison, but Rotherham United could not agree to a CVA so a new company was formed and the Football League granted the new company the Golden Share but deducted 17 points. Is this a possibility ? I don't know if this could apply to Sky Blues.

Whilst I am sure Paul Appleton "within the Law" some of his decisions have raised a few eyebrows and might be considered by some, "questionable". Careful how you respond to this if you are going to because of lible.
