One owner would have interests in both clubs - why create conflict with your own interests?

In my opinion, it would be a very good solution to the current problems. A powerful group, owning both clubs and the arena, with all the commercial outlets, would give stability, security and success. In theory it would be brilliant. In practice, it would depend on the overall owners.
