It is just the way the away fixtures have ended up being ordered this season. Luton and Plymouth two of the smallest allocations in the division.

It's what most teams who consistently sell out away tickets quickly do. But of course, they also have multi year long waits for season tickets, so I think we are a long way off from needing to do it.

If it ever got to the stage that no away games reached general sale/low points range, the club would have to look into a percentage going to a ballot. At the moment that is not needed, as plenty of opportunities for people to do away matches this season if they wanted to.
