Every player needs to win their individual battles. Bleedin' obvious but that's what it will come down to now.

The most difficult games at this time of the season are against teams battling relegation, going for automatic promotion or the playoffs. Our injuries are piling up and it looks like we are having to play with some players not 100%. We do not have an easy game from here on in. Playing wingers...

Good. Has really shored up that right hand side and MVE has improved as a result. Sometimes I feel he really just needs to go for it rather than turning back. At his best he is awesome.

Players develop. Some get better with each season (see Dovin, Vic and Gus who started slowly then got much better over time). Some you would think will get less influential (see Godden). One would hope Hadji, MVE will get much better. EMC, Simms, Rudoni, Eccles, Thomas and Kitch have potential...

Think we can make the playoffs but we have to be better away and tighter at the back. Derby and Sheff U were pathetic performances. Think we were good at Swansea but lucky at Blackburn, Oxford and Sheff Wed.
