This is the problem, I 100% paid for tickets as the money has left my account and the club confirmed this to me. However, I don't think they were allocated as they don't show up on my purchase history. Effectively i've paid for tickets that don't exist.

Feel so angry. I 'bought' 3 tickets last Friday and my money was taken and confirmed etc. Turns out it didn't actually go through despite them taking my money. Been trying to contact the club all week and finally got a reply to an email on Wednesday where I was told I would be allocated tickets...

Slim hope but maybe it's an automated tweet that was triggered by mistake? Clearly none of them ever came online and considering there's supposed to be a fair few it seems somewhat strange.

I'm the same apart from the fact my order said it went through. The tickets haven't shown up on my purchase history but they've taken the money...

Preston in the JPT was good. To be honest there are loads in the last 6 or 7 years alone.

For us yes but look at teams like Scarborough, you only have to look at their history to see they've had it bad. Or what about teams like Barnet where the best they can ever realistically hope for is midtable in League 2. At least we know we have a chance of rising higher again.
