    Haters thread

Only Everton. business partner of mine years ago tried to rip me off, the Evertonian Cnut. Didn’t work, I let him buy me out, started a new business, and all my old guys came to work for me and we put him out of business. :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO:

What was your own worst footballing performance and why?

Playing CF, a shot took a deflection and looped up high and was coming down a yard from the bar. I was first to react and waited for it to drop, got too keen, moved to early…. and headed it back over the bar…. it was the easiest goal I ever scored, but didn’t….

How is it that being critical of some of our performances means you’re not enjoying the wins and the season? Some numpties on here as usual be interesting to look back on some of their doom and gloom comments in match day threads eh? :ROFLMAO:

    Baseball Ground

That’s not the kind of slope the baseball ground had. It didn’t slope from one end to the other, it sloped from the middle of the pitch to both sides :)

    Baseball Ground

The pitch was also higher in the middle than down the sides. Watching from the sideline, you couldn’t see the ball on the other wings.

So you think we’ve been shit then? I think we’ve been decidedly average, and managed to get a great run of results from it, that’s great, but if we have ambition to stay in the play offs and then get through them, we need to be better. don’t get me wrong, I’m not unhappy about the results...

That result was coming. We couldn’t continue to play poorly and get away with it. The results, good as they are, can’t mask that we have only played well in one or two games, and still gave goals away in those. Now that loss is out the way, perhaps we can change it in games to come.

    Ellis simms

I’ve seen a marked improvement in Simms effort since Frank took over the reins, but not so many goals from it. he's having an average season, as others are too, although he wasn’t getting as many minutes under Robins was he? As much as we can talk about how good we are because of the results...

    Referee

The way I saw that was Gallagher yanked Dasilva back as the ball was played to get a yard on him, a clear foul, that the officials missed.
