My understanding is once Frasers withdrew the 'Sisu' agreement the EFL insisted we start again. As a gesture they agreed to the present arrangement mainly because they knew the club was at no fault and they wanted to give DK the opportunity to put in place his plans. As to the reducing term I...

Ashley is not known for being in partnership- he often buys minority stakes then creeps up his ownership. King is not known for readily listening to the other sides view I cannot see how the partnership would work. Ashley holds a greater hand

Frasers were not obliged to honour the agreement because of WASPs insolvency and the backstop of it being a licence not a lease The EFL took a pragmatic view at the time of the licence but still insisted it was for 10 years. Generally if a tenant observes the terms it is unusual for the...

Don't know about the fines but it was known the EFL had imposed the time lines when he was talking to Frasers Also he was told CCFC could not play outside of the City without losing points

One question I would ask is why did he sign the defective licence unless to gain time to negotiate something better within the time? Also will the fines come out Club income?

UoW refused to discuss with DK The EFL said they had to play in Coventry and refused to sanction any games ( even on a temporary basis) ouside the rdius So where will they go and how long will it take to set up

    Championship thread 24/25!

The FG plan was to acquire the Arena and then pick up CCFC, a club allegedly about to go broke and no ground of its own Then DK stepped in and paid who knows what for the Club and allegedly cleared all its debts on the presumption he would get the stadium So who is in the driving seat?

I haven't said who did pay the bill - I have simply said RO did not. Saddle has more than once he would provide copies to prove this wrong but hasn't. So be it Personally this is a dead discussion and there are more important current matters to consider.
