No. Since the 1999/2000 season 53 points would keep you up. One exception being 2012/13. Peterborough relegated on 54.
'come on stats don't count'
I note he ignored this post
Robins always covers his arse by downplaying our chances and bemoaning our difficulties . It’s just the way he his.
Its true he’s hardly bustling with enthusiasm ever but he is seemingly taking some swipes at those above him
Do you see a Scott Parker scenario, where if we lose today he will get sacked because of the comments he has made?
I didn’t ignore it it’s straw clutching
Our firm has been in decline in a very similar way to the 2015 season.
19 points from the first 10 games
12 points from the next 10 games
11 points from the next 10 games
12 points from the next 10 games
Going across 2 seasons now:
11 points from the next 10 games
No trend other than the first cluster of results suggest we will get to 50 points
As things stand we need 48 points from 40 games to even hit 50 which is just about what we’ve been achieving for most of last season - the promoted teams have been far better than anticipated - can’t see a Peterborough this time or Derby having to push uphill from an impossible points deduction
All these results were also achieved with O Hare in the team. We will have to sell in January - that’s clearly what is being said with all these press comments and we can’t afford contract run downs and further fee debakuation
Even robins now says it will be an achievement to stay in the league.
We aren’t getting to 53 points on any indicators at present anyway and Birmingham and Middlesbrough are huge games
You’ve maintained the squad is stronger - can’t see it myself
Like I’ve said before, name 3 worse teams. I can’t
The real surprise is the way the promoted teams have pushed on and I’d have thought reading and Blackpool would struggle
Middlesbrough will improve. Today we are playing a poor team I think but a defeat again it’s going to get very desperate
He should be taking swipes, they’re pretty rubbish by todays standards . But then he needs to cheer up his negativity will be damaging morale. Its true he’s hardly bustling with enthusiasm ever but he is seemingly taking some swipes at those above him

How is it straw clutching? You said 53 points is relegation form when the stats, which you seem to want to use, show that it literally is not relegation form.
Robins has always said it would be an achievement to stay in this league.
I said the squad was stronger before we sold our best defender and lost our only LWB backup.
It’s entirely straw clutching and classic binary behaviour ignoring the overall point as usual
Who was the LWB back up?
As it stands at the moment , relegation currently sits at 1 point per game With Swansea being on 9 points from 9 games
Teams improve positions as the season progresses - I don’t see Boro and Swansea as 46 point teams in the same way I didn’t see Forest ending up on 7 points last season
You said 53 points over 46 games is relegation form. It isn't. Just admit you got that wrong.
I've got better things to do with my day than have ridiculous arguments with someone who's own stats prove themselves wrong.
I didn’t get it wrong and as usual your binary behaviour and flailing attempts at internet points and failure to even look at a declining trend is noted
Whose the LWB anyway
I don't see us being relegated either ..
We will improve , let's be honest if we are looking at the footballing positives we should be sat here on 8 or 9 points already with 3 games in hand if Simon Moore uncharacteristically didn't make 3 mistakes over 3 matches
We will be fine , we've played 1 home match , we always get better away as a season progresses too

Is 53 points relegation form? Simple question. You said yes.
It isn't.
Just admit you were wrong for once in your life.
Yes it is because through the whole season the clubs at that PPG level you are always in the bottom 5 or6 and added pressure occurs - Cardiff last season looked a team in trouble - you wouldn’t be clear of relegation until very near the end of the season - it’s again you taking a comment literally without context
You don't half talk some utter shite.
There's no context to take, 53 points over 46 games is not relegation form. That's a fact.

no im wrong apologies
Should the taxi be cancelled now then? You said before he should go because he didn't criticise Sisu. Its true he’s hardly bustling with enthusiasm ever but he is seemingly taking some swipes at those above him
