They’re all and have always been Robins appointments and he is on record saying he was impressed with the candidates he interviewed.Would be interesting (and telling) to know if it’s a Robins or King appointment.

There’s no conspiracy here. If he’s about to appoint an AM, it’s because he feels he needs it to succeed. It could be because the new structure ‘isn’t working’ in his view or perhaps with things going on in his personal life, perhaps needs a more senior coach to support for the time being.
What I mean more is that if Robins is choosing the AM himself there’s zero chance of him losing his job any time soon. They’re all and have always been Robins appointments and he is on record saying he was impressed with the candidates he interviewed.

He’s not going to say “they’re fucking shit but they’ve been forced on me” is he?
Any rational person will know that is it too soon to wield the axe. The underlying data metrics suggests we’re in a false position as we’re tenth for xG and 6th xG (against) so the performances haven’t been that bad as a whole. Still below way below par, make no mistake about it.What I mean more is that if Robins is choosing the AM himself there’s zero chance of him losing his job any time soon.
