To each of you - be careful what you wish for - as you will all be in a much worse state, than you would have been with a bit of compromise and discussion.

SISU - your customers are gone, your debts irrecoverable
ACL -your customer is gone, your asset is worth less than the loan that is secured on it
CCC -your debt will not be repaid - the investment in your city is lost
