CCFC?

First album was a cracker in 87, but they have found the difficult 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th, 11th, 12th, 13th and 14th albums a bridge too far. Basically a one hit wonder. Now they are out of tune and just go through the motions.

And nobody really purchases their music in fact they struggle to make hospital radio now.

This is another reason why we should have some ownership of the stadium. How much have we missed out on with all the various events its had.

One thing this does highlight is that the stadium is multi purpose and does not rely on CCFC only for income.

ACL last accounts showed income of £6.5m take out the rent paid by ccfc (1.5m)and some of the franchises rents on match days (say 500k), take out the football related sponsorship (say £1m pa) and there is still a decent income from other events. Yes the football going would affect it greatly, but it would open up other income stream possibilities that would soften the blow. Not to mention the costs of running the stadium may drop if football not there. I am not sure that the football club carries as much weight in terms of income influence as some would have us think they do.

The 2012 calendar year should be a bumper one for ACL and the stadium!

Their latest album is a pile of shite. I used to really like Coldplay. I thought Chris Martin was a brilliant songwriter but now they are pants.

All the more reason to own the place then.

Coldplay are gash. 1st 2 albums were good, but got overplayed on the radio and the rest of their stuff is just woeful. If I feel like slitting my wrists, I may just buy me a ticket on the day

I think it'll be our biggest crowd of of season

And the one time I will avoid it like the plague........the Chris Coleman of music all style and zero delivery.
