4 non qualifying rule (1 Viewer)

Robins recently made reference to the new rule that you can have 4 players in the squad who wouldn't otherwise have got to required points from abroad to come and play. Just wondering if Sakamoto and Van Ewiejk (if he comes) qualify normally or whether they count towards these 4 players?

Only thing I'd question with Saka is whether his side counted as a league or b in Belgium because they got relegated
