A BIT OF HELP PLEASE - posting problem (1 Viewer)

When I attempt to use the tool bar (above the post window) to highlight/improve text etc this doesn't appear to happen eg:

When using the B (bold) icon I get ....

similarly when using I (italic) I get .....[I/] etc

Why is this and can anybody help ???

It is not copying over very well - concentrate on the Italic example if the Bold example is not clear but its the same problem with all of the icons

Rather than clicking on the B or I before filling in text, complete what you want to say in the box, then highlight the word/s you want to have in bold or italics and then click the B or I. Works every time for me. (Not that I use them much )

Sorry folks still got the same problem - tried all your remedies but to no avail.

Look at the source.. right click.. view souce... find this post. Geddit!

I drag over the word and then apply the bold or italics

Hold on a minute - I think I've cracked it.

It looks a though the text doesn't accept the bold overlay in draft form BUT when I post it hey presto it's there - look at the PUSB text.

Happy now shan't bother you any more, thanks for your hellp

Try pressing the bottom in the top right with is like A/A, this will toggle editor mode
