The Ricoh can generate an atmosphere as good as any ground in the country.
"Part Time" fans don't turn up just to boo the players.
The players are capable of performing in front of a big crowd.
Anymore?
Confirmed what we knew all along the ricoh is not a souless bowl.
When full and rocking its 1 million times better than HR!
The atmosphere as like nothing else seen in Coventry.
Shows true potentail of the club.
There was no negativity.
When the whole stadium stood up to stand up if you love city, no denying that was special.

Just have an issue with the last one. The players still make every attempt to throw it away in front of a big crowd. Great night but Gills should have had 3 in the last 15 mins
I think Gillingham deserve a bit of credit, they have some pace in attack were well organised and played some decent football. Yes they created some good chances we rode our luck a couple of times, but that is football.
i didn't see anyone trying to throw the game away. We didn't implode. We kept to our passing game and didn't resort to sitting deep and hitting the ball long..
this side is still learning and progressing. We have a lot of young players and a lot of new faces. It was another step in the right direction last night.
Didn't see the need to go all defensive, we were playing great stuff
Well, I'm not going to say it's a "million times better than" HR. It was a great atmosphere, but it took nearly a decade to get one. Let's hope we (and the team) can keep it up.
Another myth busted, that everyone in the world is against Coventry, I cannot remember a more biased game on Sky, the commentator said numerous times how he wanted CCFC to win for the fans, even Peter Taylor showed sympathy. Can we lay the Coventry don't get the coverage to bed please as its simply not true !
I am sure the experience was fantastic for all and they will all be back next Saturday.
After all its the customers who decide if the experience was enjoyable by loyalty measurements and return ratios.
Have you been to every single game ever since your first?
I think I missed 5 and 4 of those in one season.
The fact is its a more convenient time and also an opportunity for those who didn't go on Friday to attend.
There is no excuse for a sub 20,000 crowd
It's pretty likely it will be less than 20k though, so why waste your time relentlessly posting about it.
We all want the ground to be full so you aren't even making any particular point that nobody agrees with.
That is what pisses me off.
Fans like Grendel always looking for a negative,
Then blame others for it.
Fuck Me if he what's everything to be right support some one else.
When he finds that club let us all know??

I agree with Grendel on this one. The attendance should and I think will be close to 20k. I would expect about 3/4 of last nights gate to come back. Add to that the people that were "gutted" about not getting tickets, people that couldn't make it because it was a Friday, and people who watched on tv which may have re-ignited their passion.
Obviously the attendances will drop from the first game.
The real challenge is if we can keep the atmosphere and intensity generated with only 15k in the stadium, should be able to with the North stand closed and everyone packed into the south and east stands.
