Question 1, why did the trust not make a statement on the 2nd ,3rd, 4th ,5th, or 6th of jan as reply's had to be in by the 23rd dec Question 2.if there is no comment from ccfc why did the telegraph not break this story last week, why to night where did it come from Question 3.why do all the party's seem co-ordinated with there timings Question 4,why is it not In the public interest(as n/b council say) It just seems strange how all these statements come out the day before the forum. In the old days people would let the info out when they had it , just seems strange

Not sure there's that much too it. Trust we're being questioned on why they hadn't released the results, they said they were waiting for one response people said publish what you've got. Once the Trust issued a press release the CT might as well release their story or they have no story - it would be old news. Of course the Trust may well have decided the information should be out in public before a certain meeting.
However, a statement from Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council said: “From time to time the planning service receives confidential consultations on draft proposals prior to the receipt of formal planning applications. Often these enquiries do not reach formal planning application stage.
“Except where it is in the public interest to do so, the service neither confirms nor denies the existence of such enquiries.
“This should not be taken as an indication that any particular enquiry has or has not been received.”
