Lets try and keep all the comments to one thread so we are not all over the place today.

So, whats everyone thought where we will be by 4pm ?

I'm going for some sort of deferment, although god knows how !

You'd like to think the FL will step in, but then you'd have thought that would have happened a long time ago. It's disgusting that its the come down to this and nobody is any clearer on what the decision will be....

acl sign the cva - sisu agree to play at the ricoh as long as acl pay off the cobblers - which they agree to do. we come out of admin in time to sign messi, renaldo, bale and rooney.

and then the drugs wear off.

Bottom line is, if one party (Sisu) does not want to reach an agreement to play at the Ricoh, whilst ACL are still in charge, then it is impossible for there to be any conclusion.

no cva signed months spent in court leading to investigations, fisher, deluie, onyaigwweeee, joy all end up in prision, acl and the council sell to Haskell and the fans get a stake in ccfc and we get back to talking about football

All I want is CCFC playing at the Rioch.

Everything else is just a side show.

A bit like Punch and Judy, then?

Dont sign the cva. We need to get to the bottom of this mess asap. I couldn't give a toss about next season. I don't rate pressley or any of his players, infact i feel totally detached from all of them.

ACL refuse to sign CVA, Paul Appleton in anger, rips off his mask to reveal his true identity as Tim Fisher, who then rips of his mask to reveal his true identity is actually Joy (although as per usual there is no face and she actually does resemble a morphsuit). Preston Haskell then smashes through the window to save the day on a zip wire armed with mask, cape and laser pen with his sidekicks Gary 'the barrel' Hoffman and Joe 'the fossil' Elliot waddling behind panting for breath.

A 4th party enters the fray..it's The Byng! 76 Chinese ninjas accompany him armed with nunchucks and 1 train driver.

The meeting then descends into anarchy in scenes reminiscent of the news team brawl in 'Anchorman'.

PHIV has learnt that the only way to destroy sisu and joy is to submerge her in a pot of boiling lava..or with an onion. He chooses the cheaper option pulling out the vegetable and watches her shrivel into a puff of green smoke cackling as she disintegrates..'I'll get you next time ACL'.

'Ceeeeeeelebrate good times come on!' fills the room Haskell, Byng and the Chinese join forces buy the stadium outright and instill a 20m war chest for incoming manager Alex Ferguson who has been coaxed out of retirement by the wiley Hoffman. Pressley has been rewarded for his patience by being instilled as Chief Scout for players of 8 and under..his speciality.

This is my prediction for today anyway..sorry if i whittled on for a bit

depends whether either will back down - should be a short meeting if they have

but I fear 2 stubborn groups and liquidation with incompetent IP giving little credible guidance

I hope for CVA and back to Ricoh and ALL parties negotiating!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

but ..............cuckoo

The trouble is though if we play at the Ricoh a lot of our fans will bury there heads in the sands and forget about the scum owners. Sisu out can wait they say, well they've been saying this for years. I dont really have any interest in pressley and sisu's bunch of kids. I certainly don't want to pay to watch a bunch of kids getting tonked week in week out.

CVA not signed. Appleton will liquidate CCFC Ltd by 4pm and we'll be on -15pts by 4:01pm.

FL will hand Golden Share to Otium by 4:02 so we can start the season "properly" and all under one ownership / company. Sixfields for a few years till the council go and hand SISU the Ricoh on a plate for a fiver.

Gut feel is that the CVA isn't signed, Appleton moves to put CCFC Ltd into liquidation, ACL raise a court case to challenge the decision.

Whilst CCFC Ltd is in limbo, ACL also challenge NTFC's right to host our 'home' games and more importantly threaten and pressurise the FL to reconsider their decision, this given there's a clear option to play at the Ricoh for similar costs (or even perhaps free if in admin).

Probably the key is the FL, and whether they have a change of heart - because I suspect everything else will take too long to get to court to affect anything.

Just mho, all of this - could well turn out differently. I also wouldn't be surprised to see this run on until the last possible minute on Monday.

Going to agree that this will be deferred till next week although Les Reid says Monday is the last day legally still think it will carry past Monday if need be till the two women get together as they both seem keen to meet up

CVA is signed, Move back to the Ricoh legal case against council dropped, legal case against Northampton dropped, and there will be a purchase of the Ricoh clause added in to the contract I think something like every couple of years you play here you can buy a percentage of the Ricoh until you own it after the 10 years. I think unless something like that is added then nothing will be agreed as that's all SISU want. Does anyone else think they will add the option to buy the Ricoh or is that ridiculous to even consider ?

I'm with you on this one. Not sure of the finer details but there will definitely be capes and zip wires, I'm sure. Oh no, I think delirium is starting to set in....

No chance. ACL/ Council will never sell to SISU. I think the only way that ACL will sign the CVA is under the hope (which many fans have expressed) that it will bring all the assets into one company and SISU sell it to Byng or Haskell. But unless SISU sign up to a 10 year lease at the Ricoh, then ACL will reject the CVA.

I assume this is in reply to me valiant, do you not think if the Ricoh is brought by SISU in stages that it gives them a way to leave and sell, let's say they can buy 20% every 2 years id say there would be no chance they will be here for 10 years so if they have part of the Ricoh surely there more likely to leave and sell up as they actually have something to sell? I'm with you I'd never want SISU to have full ownership but I'd sacrifice part of the Ricoh in order to get rid of the crooks

Surely it must be sorted today because if the golden share isnt issued today we cant kick off tomorrow?

If all the assets were in one place (golden share, player registrations, training ground, academy...) then they would not need to own the stadium for the club to have value. All they need is the right to play at the Ricoh for the next ten years and then any prospective new owners will be in a position to negotiate to buy some or all of it. If we are renting in Northampton, its going to put off prospective buyers. So, I don't think ownership of the stadium is the be all and end all at this point in time (it is for SISU, though, but I don't give a toss what they want).
