After Slade (1 Viewer)

I guess that very few of us now expect Slade to change his ways especially after watching his masterclass as a pundit the other night for Luton v Oxford
In fact I'm reminded of the definition of insanity - doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results
The word is that Nicky Eaden is a carbon copy of Slade
Wembley will be a disaster under either of them

Our only hope for the rest of this season, no matter how small that possibility is, is to bring in a new manager and get a new manager bounce.

New manager bounce seems to work at all other clubs, but our club is cursed in all aspects

Why Nicky Eaden?

Why not Jason Farndon or Ricketts?

So we appoint one lad who has never had any football experience (so i'm told) & got into youth coaching set up and with fair play to him as done OK and another who played at the top level but has never managed or coached before.

I think i'll stick with slade....

I don't want either, I want a new broom.

I was just saying, why Nicky Eaden when the rumours have been Ricketts and Farndon has done more to catch the eye?

Indeed, I posted something similar recently, that a 'bounce' from a fresh manager/coach coupled with fresh tactics could be the only way to escape the drop. Even with that, it's a tall order.

But then, SISU have only short term strategies to cut costs and recoup their outlay; expecting logic or any semblance of foresight from them is as likely as Elvis reappearing in Aldershot next week, riding a Dodo named John and singing zipadeedoodah out of his bum hole.

Slade is apparently cheap, so he won't be going anytime soon, unfortunately. If he does, I'll be astonished.

Slade stumbled into professional football after previously being a P.E. teacher, how did that happen?

Should try and tempt Richard Money away from the Norwich Academy....experienced L2 and Conference Manager, developing Academy players and maybe some unfinished business here?
