Just had a call saying they are about to renew Amazon Prime and charge me - and press 1 to cancel. Then put through to someone. They then ask for bank details and hung up on me when I wouldn't give them.
Now found it's a new scam. Beware - it's a recorded robot message and everything - quite believable.
Although according to your account name you’ve actually won £500. All I need is the long number on the front of your card, the last two digits on the back of your card, the length of your penis and your mothers maiden name and I’ll wire it over tomorrow.
Amazon Prime is a scam itself. They tricked me into signing up by changing the delivery details on the checkout page without my knowledge or consent. I cancelled immediately then milked them for free deliveries for a month. They've tried several times since to trick me into signing up again without the thirty days free trial.
