Yes I would think so

I can’t recall anything like this in L2, last season or his previous spell. It’s not the type of football you really associate with Robins and is very much an ‘academy’ style of play which often gets criticised as not being tough enough

Rare insight from Sky Blues assistant Adi Viveash

“You’re talking about senior professionals who are a bit set in their ways, not being disrespectful, and looking to make a change how they go about things – certainly day to day,” he said.

“My training sessions and philosophy are very intense so to try and implement that was the biggest challenge to get them to understand why and what you were doing in a different way.”

He revealed one of his own personal challenges was working with a different calibre of player to what he had been used to working with in the Premier League.

“You also soon realise that you aren’t working with the same level of talent that you’ve been lucky enough to work with previously and that was one of my big challenges,” he said.

“Could I implement my work onto a League Two club and try and change the way they play? They’ve got players that are suited to play football, certainly more so than the physical elements that the likes of Lincoln or Notts County are good at but it’s not the way Coventry play.”

Does anyone else think a lot of it may be down to Adi Viveash who does the coaching?

Almost certainly. Those interviews with Robins last year were quite telling about Viveash’s impact.

edit; the ones you’ve clearly seen as you’ve posted some of them smh
