Former City CEO to leave Burnley
Former Coventry City CEO Paul Fletcher is to stand down as CEO at Burnley FC.
Fletcher, who left Coventry in unexplained circumstances, after his "Operation Premiership" and "True Sky Blue" projects failed miserably to capture the number of supporters he had projected, went back to Burnley where he had been a player and involved at board-room level.
Burnley have now issued a statement on their club website which reads: "Burnley Football Club can confirm that Mr Paul Fletcher is to stand down from the role of chief executive.
"Mr Fletcher, who has held the position at Turf Moor for four years, has agreed to stay until the end of the season in a commerical capacity and continue his involvement with Burnley Football Club's UFCB College of Football Business and other new initiatives.
'Burnley Football Club has begun the task of identifying a new chief executive immediately, with a view to an appointment as soon as possible.
'Burnley Football Club will make no further comment at this time."
A mark of how bad things are is that i would welcome him back with open arms, if it meant the orange sh*t left the club.
I undrerstand CWR say Deluded is being held up at the airport, hopefully with a Cutsoms Officers hand trying to find his tongue up his arse, seeing as he talks out of it so much.
Surely he would'nt come back here Otis, i presume that is what your implying. To tell you the truth what is the attraction if that is what he's going to do.
you naughty man, go and stand on the really naughty step and don't come back until you've got a rumour post, as we've have'nt had one for a couple of hours.
