Always knew you were a secret toryLots of talk on a lot of things right now. I’ll probably vote for him again as I think he’s generally decent, but not seen a lot of movement on infrastructure and things, just lots of pretty pictures and promises.

Slightly concerned that his campaign this time seems to be promising the same things he promised last time and hasn't delivered.
The options aren't great, Labour seem to not even be bothered. Selected a poor candidate and doing zero campaigning.

Yeah, tbf the mayoral posts to a certain extent seem to transcend the party politics of govt due to the inherent conflict of interest. More devolution needed.Not massively pro government either certainly tried to represent his area
And a good free bit of PR on his part.He mediated. Obviously it takes the two main parties to be willing to make a deal, but he certainly played a part.
