I have been a massive Thorn critic, but in the cold light of day there is very little he could have done with his experience and the squad offered to him. The young players would not have been near starting a game in any squad for the last ten years. It's too much too young so to speak! Nimely and Norwood ( Norwood especially) have been excellent as loan players but they can't do it all. The main reason for this message is I now believe the belief raised had gone. We will be relegated. And the blame lies purely and simply with the faceless hedge fund. Whether Ranson is a crook or not, his plan was the right one and they bottled it. Not saying we'd be Premier League now, but with a good manager ( which Ranson DIDN'T pick, although maybe Dowie was the right man) we'd be much better off. They are to blame. Now the tide will turn to them again, and so it should. They are literally killing my club through lack of care or interest. We don't need millions. We need a football brain and a passion for our City, our community, our club with a proud tradition. Innovation, motivation, galvanisation. City til I die.
