23 games x £10 (probably average ticket price net of vat) X 12000 = £2.76m
Unfortunately that is why we couldnt afford to say no
Hopefully we have good add ons and sell ons - and if so 3m may rise to 5m+ I would imagine if he really does fulfil potential - and if he doesnt, then we have got a good fee
