Good article. Pretty much states the obvious though.

But... doesn't Les Reid write for the Guardian?

Must be a rogue article?

Anyone who argues with that article, I'd like to see their workings....

Writing? Les does more cut and paste now. Press release from CCFC and then adds his weekly paragraph about CCC selling the Ricoh to an out of town Rugby Club.

True dat. That and Pep turned the managers job down after he saw the pitch invasion.

Yes good article. It's how I feel also. I support the club and always will but the fun to it has disappeared and the losses don't hurt as much now and a great quote "every day sisu stay in charge is a defeat"

Guardiola would be a good manager to have here I think.

After all, which team wouldn't benefit from a Pep talk every week.

Good article that.

Even this forums most rabid defenders of the clubs owners will struggle countering it. Probably explains their silence.

There are lots of comments at the bottom of the article from City fans but also from fans of other clubs. Almost all of these are sympathetic including ones from Villa and Leicester fans. Lots of criticism for the FL and FA for allowing "fit and proper" owners to run clubs into the ground. One Coventry "fan" on there saying it is all of the supporters fault for not turning up to watch. Probably Tim.

Our situation is so grim Villa fans I know no longer take the piss, they make small talk about how West Brom and Leicester played in L1 a few years ago.

Good article. Nothing you can really argue with in that, although I'm sure someone will give it a good go.
