Hi all, having a nightmare with my Samsung Galaxy A70 phone. The screen died out of the blue yesterday. I know the phone is on because the voice assistant says 'Screen is turned off. Flight mode on' if I press any button. So the phone is on but the screen is black and I cannot unlock it. I'm trying to get data from the phone but can't do that on a laptop as I cannot unlock the phone when prompted. Does anyone have any solutions?! Thank you!
