It's an easy job, if you can use a drill and got a couple of spanners and a hose then you're good to go. If you're running pipes under a floor, then you can use something like JG Speedfit or Hep20, or go compression if the pipes are surface mounted, to remove the need of a brazing torch,
It's not particularly hard, just you'd have an issue extending the pipework either up or through the wall, draining and moving to the new position would be straight forward enough but you'd definitely need the hand of another in lifting it into place.
