Out of curiosity are there any Cov fans that for whatever reason have never been to a game ? I've got plenty of mates who I see down the pub that support your Uniteds or Chelsea's that have never seen there team play live....and I'm not talking about your "could name 3 of the clubs players" type fans either, real fans that support there team via the television etc.
Any Cov fans in the same boat ?
I am from Dublin but I've been to plenty of games. It used to be cheaper than it is now so I cannot get over to the number of games I would like to. Still don't let a season go by without getting some games in. Sky Blue Army!
You mean they like those clubs. They can name players at those clubs. They like to watch those teams win. If not then in what way do they support those teams? Watching them on TV only is not supporting them to me.
Also, I do like the Manure and Chelski "fans" that have told me, "I can't watch the big games, the tensions too much for me" :jerkit:

Tension? They don't know what it means. They should try and be a supporter at our club. Relegation battles are bad for my health.
Not that I'm saying it's acceptable but let's say they still invest there time and money into their club via buying shirts etc. honest to god I have a united supporting mate that's never been to a game that could tell you more about the history of the club and the daily goings on etc. than most season ticket holders,
I suppose it's easier for people supporting the bigger clubs, a united fan say would probably see 30 games in all comps a season on the telly
i also live in Ireland, and went to 12 games last season, all away !
This season, so far went to Nuneaton, thats all
Went to the olympics at the ricoh, but apart from that, not set foot in the place since the leeds game when Turner got inured..
Going no-where near it until SISU jog on...
Away games all the way for me
In fact I'd hate to support any big club!
Anyone else feel sorry for the core Man City fans?
They're probably like us.
With the money, title winning season surely they must have 20% of the ground(and rising) of glory supporters from all over!
If Cov got taken over and turned into a Man City I'd hate the glory support.

Glen?
And Ian who calls CWR

As long as you could always get a ticket you would love it. Did you go to the Chelsea game? Did you enjoy the atmosphere more than the average game? A full ground is much better than a half empty ground any time.

Man city are not a big club.
Man city are not a big club.
To be fair, saying they are not a big club doesn't mean he's saying they aren't bigger than us.
