Off to Isle of Wight on Thursday and heading back on Monday. Looking for somewhere close by (And cheapish) to the red funnel terminal. Any suggestions?

I doubt there will be too much in the way of hotels / B&B's near the Red Funnel Quay. Far too many will be taken up due to the IoW Festival, which I assume you are going to? It's a pity I only have a small, one bedroom place. Might have helped if I could. But I'll have a look around on some local FB groups. They're usually quite helpful. By the way, you can hear the festival from my place!

All the parking I seem to be looking at is like £100+ quid for the weekend! I could get an uber there and back for less than that. Hoping somebodyknew somebody with a drive. I stayed next to a Wetherspoons a few years back, in the Mercure. I could afford it on my work's piss poor expense rate so ain't expensive
