It would seem that more & more people seem to be aware of the impending loss of Callum O’Hare , at the end of the season.
He has asked for X amount & Deadly Doug Mk 2 ( remember the villa one ? ) is peeing about, instead of getting him signed up & the continued harmony inside our camp .
We have the added gate receipts & tills jingling from the club shop , so we are on an upward curve , but how would the loss of a player the calibre of Callum go down with the fans ?
Increasingly strong ChatGPT or YouTube bot vibes with this poster. Maybe Nick has deployed a bot to generate clicks? All a bit weird.

Ask them to click all the pictures containing traffic lights. That'll settle it.Increasingly strong ChatGPT or YouTube bot vibes with this poster. Maybe Nick has deployed a bot to generate clicks? All a bit weird.

Please people, do not take what a very good player says at face value. If you’re creepy and daft enough to ask him in person if he’s staying, you’ll only go slagging him off like Hamer because you’re naive enough to believe it!

We managed without him. It’s been his return and the other players coming good that got us where we are. Maybe his playing Saturday will show what city’s intentions are? Being cup tied if he plays. As great as Callum O'Hare is (and he's f*&king brilliant), no player is bigger than the team. If we lose him, it'll be shit.
But we've proved time and time again, that we'll get in decent replacements and be ok. And before some come back at me about not replacing Hamer, we're still doing pretty ok without him.
If we lose him, I'll be gutted. I'm not sure I'd describe it as losing the heartbeat of the team though.
Hmm, he’s only been posting since October.I've changed my mind - Doug King started the thread to see how selling O'Hare would go down. Hi, Doug!
He’s a valuable player, but currently not as bright a star as at least one of our players. He’s such an important player for us and would love to keep him longer but can’t see it happening. I imagine him going to a club like leeds or similar.
I never get gutted by players leaving anymore though, there will always be another hero along to replace them.
Not sure about losses, we supposedly have no debt and gate receipts must have increased.I think people are overstating how much money the club is generating. I suspect we're making significant short term operating losses and the difference covered by the transfer revenues.
Crowds are probably about where they expected, possibly a bit lower considering the ST base, but corporate sales remain disappointing and some of the away followings for Cat A games (Albion, Stoke and Sunderland) were possibly way down on what they expected. I doubt they imagined Albion would only sell 1800 and Sunderland would fail to sell a 3K allocation.
Revenues will have gone up for sure, but then I guess costs have too, wage bill will be significantly higher, so these things have to be considered.
The counter argument is that you use the transfer windfalls to fund the additional wages. Not saying I disagree, but it's a mistake to assume we're suddenly profitable.

This is just Hamer mk2.
It's pretty simple, he will have been offered a very good rise on current wage, on back of 18 months of injury (ACL the most serious). The club can't afford to be offering silly money on a player that is more likely to break down seriously again (ACL injuries often lead to other types in highly tuned athletes)
If COH wants to stay he will sign, if not will walk away for a pay day at end of season and good luck to him.
But lets not start all this shit again that DK is "messing" it up - its down to the player. If he wants to go, then be honest (not lead us down the path)
The club remains, players pass through.
